Welcome, I'm Ndali

Certified Nutrition Consultant & mother of two little guys with big appetites.

I offer evidence-based nutrition guidance to support postpartum recovery and family wellbeing

— with simple, sustainable changes that make a real difference.

My Story

Mother preparing wholesome, home-cooked food for her family in a bright kitchen, representing family nourishment.

Looking for real answers

Add to that my son’s chronic constipation and skin sensitivities - I found little comfort in the generic response that both conditions were "very common" in babies. I wanted more than reassurance - I wanted to understand the root causes and find a way forward to support my whole family.

Even as someone who loves to cook, I felt completely lost when the time came to introduce solids.

. I didn’t know when my babies were “ready”

. I second-guessed what to offer and why

. I completely overlooked my own postpartum recovery and nutritional needs.

I poured hours into preparing separate all-organic “baby meals” — only to watch most of them end up on the floor. It was deflating, exhausting and unsustainable (for both my budget and my sanity).

What changed everything

I started to focus on:

. Simple, balanced family food

. Whole, nutrient-dense ingredients

. Meals everyone could share

My children began eating with more confidence and their symptoms eased. There was less pressure and more peace at the table, and I found myself actually enjoying mealtimes again

(even with the inevitable side order of toddler meltdown).

Simple nourishment, real change

I now specialise in postpartum and child nutrition — supporting families discover new ways to feel nourished.

My approach is:

    . Rooted in evidence-based guidance

. Champions nutrient-dense foods + balancing the gut

. Achievable changes designed to fit real family life

. I know how tough these early seasons can feel.

My CREDENTIALS

I’m a Certified Nutrition Consultant with an Advanced Certification (Honours) in Postpartum Child Nutrition from the OBN School of Holistic Nutrition. Before retraining in nutrition, I spent over a decade in product management and localisation, leading global teams to create clear, accessible content that connects across cultures. That experience taught me how to distil complex information into something meaningful — a skill I now use to make nutrition guidance simple, actionable, and relevant for real families. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages, which reflects my lifelong love of communication and understanding what makes people tick — whether that’s a team of developers or a toddler who refuses broccoli. My approach combines evidence-based nutrition, clear communication, and genuine empathy to help families make confident, lasting changes that nourish both body and mind.

What Families Say

Valentina

mother of Mila

"Working with Ndali during pregnancy, postpartum and my daughter's first foods has been such a positive experience. Her holistic knowledge has given me clarity and confidence to nourish both myself and my little one. She explains everything in such a simple and supportive way, and her guidance during this period was the best we could have as a family."

Sam

mother of Bodhi & Arjun

"I consulted with Ndali when I was approx 6 weeks postpartum, her thorough exploration of my personal wellbeing and lifestyle led to a more energetic, happy and fulfilled version of me. We changed my supplements to something my body would tolerate better, tweaked my eating habits and rethought my approach to returning to exercise. She explained her recommendations so clearly it made me excited to make the changes and see the benefits, I also appreciated she made realistic and achievable recommendations based on my current stage in life (newborn + toddler). Seeing her was the best decision I made during that challenging postpartum period!"

Jenny

mother of Max & Elias

"I had a consultation with Ndali and loved how approachable and supportive she was. She really took the time to go through and analyse my food intake and gave me personalised feedback that was clear, practical, and easy to put into action. I left feeling encouraged and motivated to make positive changes, and I’d happily recommend her to anyone looking for guidance with their nutrition."
